Squash Casserole

In 3-Julia Crider Garris 1909-2012, FAMILY: BROTHER & SISTERS (BEE) on February 2, 2010 at 10:33 am

1 qt. squash (cooked)
1 small onion (saute)
1 ” carrot
4 oz. cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. herb pepperidge dressing
salt & pepper

(Editor’s note: This recipe comes straight to us from St. Matthews, from a black-and-white composition book that Julia Helen keeps of Aunt Julia’s recipes. She shared it with me — and the camera — this past summer. How long do we think this cooks for, and at what temperature? I bet Mary knows!)

  1. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
