8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
12 ounces finely chopped cooked beef
1/2 cup finely chopped radishes
2 green onions, finely chopped
Party rye or pumpernickel
bread or rye crackers

In a mixer bowl beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard and horseradish with an electric mixer until fluffy. Fold in beef, radishes and green onion. Cover and chill mixture several hours or overnight. Serve with bread or crackers. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
