Cherry Delight Cake

1 can cherry Pie filling
1 yellow Cake mix
1 can crushed Pineapple
2 cups chopped pecans
1/2 stick oleo.

Mix same as above

For microwave: 17 mi. on Roast, 5 mi on High.

(Editor’s note: This recipe is written on the same cookbook page as the one where Grandma/Momma/Bee wrote the recipe for her “Quickie Peach shortcake.” Basically, “Mix same as above” means to grease a pan, spread the pie filling evenly on the bottom, then sprinkle the dry cake mix, globs of oleo and nuts on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.)
