Chicken in a Blanket

1 pkg. 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 Tb. margarine
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tb. milk
2 Tb. onion, minced
2 Tb. pimento, minced
1 pkg. crscent rolls

Blend cream cheese and margarine. Add other ingredients, except rolls. Combine 2 rolls and arrange in flat rectangle; place 2 Tb. filling on each rectangle; bring ends together to form square and pinch to hold together. Bake at 350 degrees 20 min.

1 can, 10 3/4 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1 ctn., 8 oz. sour cream
1/4 cup milk
salt and pepper to taste
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced

Combine all ingredients, heat and pour over hot chicken in blankets.
