Baked Cheesecake

1/3 Cup oleo, melted
3/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
2 (8 oz) creamed cheese cake
1 Can Condensed Milk
3 eggs
1/4 cup Real Lemon
1 (8 oz) cream sour cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine mixed oleo & cracker crumb & press into pan for crust.

In large mixer combine cream cheese, milk, eggs & lemon. Pour into pans & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr (50-55 mi or until brown. Spread sour cream on top or you may add cherry or strawberry or blueberrie pie mix.

Freezes nicely.

(Editor’s note: Unlike New York Style Cream Cheese Cake, this recipe calls for sour cream.)

  1. I wonder if this recipe still works. You know 8oz of cream cheese is 8 oz of cream cheese – but a can of Eagle Brand milk is not as large as it used to be. Sounds yummy, whose making the next one.
