New York Style Cream Cheese Cake

1/3 cup oleo
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
2 (8 oz) Creamed cheese cake
1 Can Condensed Milk
1/3 cup flour
4 eggs
1 Tablespoon vanilla.

Combine bread crumbs & oleo & press down in pans for crust. In large mixer, combine cheese cake, flour, condensed milk, eggs & vanilla. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Freezes nicely. May add varied toppings as desired

(Editor’s note: Of course, she means to combine the creamed cheese — not the cheese cake! — with the flour, condensed milk, eggs and vanilla.

And note that, unlike Creamy Baked Cheesecake, this recipe omits sour cream.)
