ORANGE-PUMPKIN-RAISIN CAKE SQUARES

1/2 sup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup cooked, mashed pumpkin
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 2/3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground allspice, cloves, nutmeg, cinnamon
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup nuts

Cream shortening; gradually add sugar, beating well. Add pumpkin, eggs, and orange juice; mix well. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well, and stir into pumpkin mixture. Pour batter into greased and floured 13 x 9 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes Cool. Frost with:

1- 3 oz softened cream cheese
6 Tbsp. softened butter
1 Tbsp. orange juice
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar

Cream cheese and butter, add orange juice, mix well. Add sugar and mix well. Add sugar and mix well.
