Honey Butter

2 tablespoons cream or milk
1 stick (1/2 cup) room temperature butter, sliced
2/3 cup honey

Blend ingredients until well mixed in blender for 40 to 60 seconds. Stop motor, push ingredients into blades with rubber spatula, as needed. Spread on toast, hot biscuits, pancakes or waffles. Makes 1 cup.
